Site Overview

This site does not have a grand plan behind it. I mostly use it to record things I have actually experienced in tech, work, and daily life when I feel they are worth sharing publicly.

I do not optimize this site for SEO. So if you found it, we probably crossed paths by chance.

This blog will be in Chinese, English, and Japanese. One reason is that I use English at work. Another is that I have been a fake anime nerd learning Japanese for more than ten years, and with AI-translated English and Japanese versions, maybe I can level up my language skills a bit too.

Some posts here may not look advanced, and that is intentional. Many of them come from real issues I ran into and solved, then documented. If any post helps you save some time, spend fewer tokens, and reach your answer faster, that is already meaningful to me.

About Me

By today’s internet standards, I guess I am already one of the older guys in this field. I have worked in software for more than a decade, and many roles I took have been related to the IoT space in one way or another.

I studied communication engineering in college. Back then, my advisor often talked about how communication engineering and IoT connect, and that topic stayed with me. I did not become an embedded engineer, but I have spent years around the broader IoT industry.

Most posts on this blog are created with AI collaboration. I provide the source ideas and experience, and AI helps me shape and finalize the writing.

Professional Background

You can call me Shuo. I started as a protocol software engineer, worked as a backend developer, did architecture work, led projects, and managed teams. I currently work at a multinational company and lead a team on practical, not-so-glamorous business systems.
